2024-06-09 03:48:18 +0000 UTCA really important point that I hope you guys consider is that Aang is the last surviving member of the Air Nomads, and their philosophy of peace was absolutely paramount to their Buddhist/monk-like culture. If he kills, its like he's killing off the last remnant of his culture that he was left with. I hope this explains why, not only is it overwhelming for a kid, but also why he is stubborn on a deep level of principle on this matter
