Thank you for understanding Anakin's viewpoint more! Overreaction just means Anakin went too far not that he DIDN'T have a real reason to do what he did. Then Padme acted like as if Anakin was wrong in everything including his warnings (in this episode). BUT I will say this is EXCELLENT writing. Even in just the Prequels it was clear George Lucas was pointing out that it wasn't wrong for Anakin to want a normal life. It was everyone and everything DENYING him (with Palpatine's manipulations) that really sent Anakin out of control.

2024-06-15 14:26:40 +0000 UTCGood to keep in mind that Padme has been REPEATEDLY telling Clovis NO, but he doesn't listen. She is there for helping the people and doesn't mind friendship with her old friend because helping them is worth it, but he isn't able to control himself. As soon as she realizes it's late and unprofessional to stay longer with him, she leaves. She's a keeper.

2024-04-30 07:40:30 +0000 UTCSophisticated storytelling. Intrigue. A multidimensional plot. This is certainly no longer a "kid's show". This is why I truly think this series is peak Star Wars. Of course the original trilogy laid the groundwork and is classic but Clone Wars is the pinnacle due to its depth.
