Anakin definitely had those dreams of his mom on his own. It’s his unique skill he has of seeing the future he doesn’t control it it comes whenever & its never a clear vision of what’s going to happen. Like when he told padme she looks exactly like how he would dream of her. I’m sure he was really dreaming of that exact moment.

He also suggested Obi-wan protect Padme knowing Anakin would be in tow and that would inevitably rekindle their relationship. He also most likely "implanted" those nightmares about Anakin's mother to compel Anakin to return to find her and in so doing give in to the dark side. Also Dooku was an incredible swordsman AND also felt the dark side was looming and had returned. He tried to warn Yoda and the council that they should be wary and also they should start to prepare to fight the dark side again. That's why he uses his CURVED HILT lightsaber because it's designed for lightsaber to lightsaber combat but it's forbidden to study those techniques because the short sighted Jedi thought the only force wielders left were all Jedi and the Sith were eradicated. But typical Yoda being foolish, ya I said it! LOL, was too arrogant to take it seriously. Even in this film he mentions early on that "arrogance has become all too common amongst the Jedi. Even the oldest among us" alluding to the fact he and Mace now knew the error of their ways.
