When they mentioned that Jedis couldn’t have their lightsabers because of the raucous Obi-Wan caused I was like that makes sense, but now I realized that the PM probably pushed for that law to be passed because he knew a Jedi was coming there and most people think Jedis are weak without their lightsaber. I feel like Ahsoka is one of the better jedis who knows how to fight with or without her lightsaber.
