I know that this is very late, but I have been busy. I have loved your reactions to this series and I look forward to catching up with the spin offs. For this episode, I don't have much to say except that there is a parallel between Daryl carrying Judith and Rick carrying Carl after the kids get shot. I also personally would have preferred that more people die, it's the series finale, take some risks. I'm happy a lot of people lived but still. I remember some people being disappointed in this finale, but it is setting up the future spin offs. I liked it. In terms of my thoughts on the series, I love this show. My favorite characters are Glenn, Daryl, Jerry, and pretty much everyone else. My favorite scene is just before the group gets to Alexandria and they are in the barn and a storm is coming and walkers are banging on the door. The whole group, everyone except for Judith, are working together to keep the door closed. Love that scene. My biggest shock was Hershel's death. I remember when I first watched it, thinking someone was going to stop it. Hershal also had my favorite monologue when he snuck out of the prison to make tea for the sick people. He makes a speech how everyday everything and every breath is risking your life. But you have to do it to help other people. My favorite villain is definitely Negan. I will never forgive him for his crimes, but I also know that he has changed. I know a lot of people didn't like the last few seasons, but I enjoyed all of it. I miss the feel of the older episodes, but I know that things change. The show mostly follows the comics storyline. I look forward to your reactions to the spinoffs and I will try to catch up as soon as I can.

2024-09-03 16:37:04 +0000 UTCNow that we're all done with the series i'm looking forward to your reactions to the new spinoffs, one thing i was gonna suggest was to also watch The Walking Dead World Beyond & Tales Of The Walking Dead after you complete the 3 new spinoffs, these other 2 spinoffs are quite short and worth the watch too, then once you complete all of those shows, the only thing remaining would be Fear The Walking Dead which is extremely long like the original series, so it would be best to react to that last i think. But i know Mom and Kim would also enjoy the other series too. If you watch all of these you will be fully 100% up to date with the walking dead universe, there's another channel i currently watch who are reacting to World Beyond while also watching Fear The Walking Dead before they jump into Dead City, but you can watch those series in any order without it messing up the timelines.
