Google Drive has rules that must be followed. It is a file sharing service only, so please don't watch videos directly on our account. Google will punish everyone by freezing services until direct streaming stops- meaning videos won't work for anyone, even if you are following the rules (usually error messages pop up until many stop streaming).
If you wish to stream online, we provide private YouTube links in individual posts here on our Patreon, just like this post. Go to the search bar at the top of the page and type in the show/movie title. You can also ask us for help through Private Message. :)

It must depend what you watch because I've seen a lot of abusive female characters. Far worse than men usually lol

2023-09-11 21:43:39 +0000 UTCI will say that in the flashbacks, Alpha was never nurturing to Lydia. Everytime her dad was mean to her in the flashback, it was actually Alpha. We can see this when the mom has her head shaved and the dad has his beard back. We even see that Lydia changes her flashback when she realizes how much of her life was a lie, we see the mom say, "I never could stand this, you always liked it" when she shaves her head. Frank (the dad) was the one that played checkers with Lydia, he is the one that wanted to stay originally. This is what happens when an unreliable narrator tells the story, Lydia was telling a lie that wasn't her lie, it was her truth. Alpha is definitely abusive, which is interesting because we don't see to many abusive women on television. Also Carl died last season. We were also reminded that Daryl is very good at reading people. He realized that the only part of Lydia's story that was true, was that her dad used to sing to her. Lydia has essentially been brainwashed by her mom. Also, fun fact, in the comics, Carl was the one that was crushing on Lydia. Carl got locked up for hitting a pervert with a brick. That is how he met Lydia. Other than that the story is pretty much the same, I think. it's been awhile since I read the comics. I look forward to your future reactions.
