I think that reality is always going to sit somewhere in between all negative and all positive. If everything is negative that is simply a different kind of bias.

2024-07-27 10:02:07 +0000 UTCThis was an interesting adventure for me. I was sitting there for a while thinking "this doesn't apply to me, my situation is different because reason -xyz-." Around 10 minutes in I realize that I'm hindering my own healing and happiness over things I can't control. There's no reason this can't be applied to other concepts or emotions. Things like events or personal circumstances. Other emotions like grief or regret. Letting go is huge, and I've just been limiting it to "forgive who has wronged me". I finally know my next step forward, so thank you 👍
