We would like to start off by apologizing for the recent delay in our newsletter. Unfortunately, we experienced technical difficulties due to a damaged disk, which was then compounded by a server error that prevented users on mobile devices from playing our videos. We're happy to report that these issues have since been resolved, and everything should now be back to normal.
