Storm, you were right about Gus motivation re keeping Hector alive. As we know from Breaking Bad he is playing the long game and his motivation is revenge. Against the Salamanca clan as a whole and Hector in particular. Remember they killed his partner.

I'm actually quite worried about him now. I can really feel the slow downward spiral more so since Chuck died :(

2021-05-01 05:48:00 +0000 UTCI think Kim is guilty of defending Jimmy to the point that she's actually enabling him, which is ironic considering that's what Jimmy was doing with Chuck for so long before the breaking point. She knows who Jimmy really is and constantly goes to bat for him every time, but is it out of love or emotional manipulation? I love Kim as a character, she's very complicated and well written, I just think her decision making and judgment makes for juicy TV drama all things considered
