Not a spoiler, but we'll never know why Anakin was called away. Main theories are that Anakin is the poster boy for the war and the Jedi. The general public when they hear of the Jedi think of Anakin.

It also makes sense militarily speaking, you can't have insubordinates disobeying their commanding officer. And yeah Kim is probably right. The clones are bred for war and the majority of the senators think of the clones as a resource and not as a person.

I don't think telling you this is a spoiler since the reason he left doesn't pertain to the plot of the show or the saga at all, so it's best to let it go. Why Anakin was called away is a detail of no consequence, it's him just being called away itself which is the important part. There's no way to know, perhaps for Palpatine to have an opportunity to increase their bond, but I would theorize it's possible since Palpatine is very powerful in The Force and the force is with him(Mace and Yoda typically say their(The Jedi's) ability to use The Force has diminished) he just foresaw what Krell might do with Anakin's troops and pulled Anakin away in order to lower moral among them.

Anyway, here's a brief recap of the other clones that we've seen, Jesse has a tattoo of the republic symbol on his head, and the same symbol on his helmet, easy to recognize him, he seems to be Rex's right hand man. Kix is the medic, he was in this episode briefly, he had a bit more lines in the last episode. Tup is the man-bun clone. Appo is the clone that hangs around Krell, there's an arrow on his helmet that is a reference to "Appa" from avatar, because Dee Bradley Baker also voiced Appa. Dogma is the tattletale clone. Then there's Waxer and Boil who we haven't seen in a while who work for Commander Cody.

2020-12-22 00:55:51 +0000 UTCNobody ratted out fives and Jesse. Krell just knew that rex's "recon mission" was a lie when he heard the supply ship was destroyed. Krell might think that fives went against rex, which is why rex is not getting court-martialed. Once Krell saw the fighters leave, he was suspicious, and when he heard the supply ship was destroyed, he put two and two together to realize that he had been deceived. Dogma was unable to rat out Jesse and fives.

2020-12-22 00:37:30 +0000 UTCWe never know what Palpatine wants. He probably wanted Anakin to do some publicity stuff for the republic. Anakin is the face of the Jedi to the republic. When the Senate and the citizens of the republic think of Jedi, they think of Anakin.
