One game/theory I like using in this arch is each time The Father, The Son, or The Daughter is named or referred to I replace that person in my head with it's Force counterpart in the broadest sense in the saga to see how well it fits and is true. Of course as is obvious he Father is the Force, The Son is The Darkside, The Daughter is The Lightside. They are physical manifestations of each part of the force and the father is both. For example, the father says. "I/The Force am neither Sith nor Jedi." "When news reached me/The Force than the chosen one had been found, I/The Force needed to see for myself/itself." The force itself seems to have been what brought them there. The Son/Darkside tells Anakin in his dream "it's true what they say, you are The Chosen One, playing into Anakin's vanity, desire for attention and inclination to see himself as the best. "Join me(The Darkside) and together we can change the balance of the universe(echoed in the future as Anakin says Padme his plans to 'together rule the galaxy and make thing the way they want them to be') "Aligned, you and The Darkside/I can restore balance where ever we go". "We/The Darkside shall DESTORY The Sith and the Jedi", something seen again and again through multiple generations where Sith apprentices gain their own apprentices and kill their masters and Jedi fall to the Darkside which often occurs. The Darkside's very nature is to destroy, to have no winners. To make "Peace". Further example, "The Son/Darkside took Ahsoka!" Essentially and literally the dark side did take Ahsoka in this episode. "It would be wise to confer with The Force first." "This is what The Darkside wants, to divide us." Anakin: "It's my fault The Darkside took her!" Obi: You must feel how strong this part of the planet is with The Darkside, The Force will know what to do." Anakin: "The Force can't help us" Anakin's will is always to act, to aggress, poke and prod to achieve what he desires. Obi-wan trust's The Force. The Son says "By bringing The Chosen One here The Force has shown The Darkside it's potential. The Force has only itself to blame" "The Darkside is tired of waiting!" *Blasts The Father*, etc. I could quote stuff The Daughter says about her brother and her self but I don't want this to be TOO long haha, already LONG ENOUGH! I would suggest thinking about lines in this way in the next upcoming episode, the third in the arch. One thing which is a bit of a mystery to me The Daughter says "We are the beginning, the middle and the end". Which is which in that comparison? I honestly am not sure. Another thing which is VERY interesting is the dialogue between Anakin and The Son posing as his mother. "The only love I feel in my heart is haunted by what would happen should I let go". Shmi calls Anakin's love, his selfish love for Padme, which eventually leads to him being not be okay with her passing on, 'not love, but a prison'. He can't let go, he can't be okay with that, so he is trapped. She is then correctly identified as not being a part of Anakin's destiny, as we all know. Shmi(The Son)(The Darkside) then called Padme "a poisoner". I wonder if this is because in his view she is poisoning Anakin's darkside, preventing it from becoming large yet due to her goodness, or if it's because The Son is able see that Padme's love and his in return as what will make Anakin attempt to protect her from death, and in the process, bring Empirical Rule upon The Galaxy, Sorry for the semi-coherent rambling, but even though it's very broad and general good/evil stuff, this kind of stuff fascinates me.
