Movie POLL- What will we watch next?! :D
Added 2020-10-27 01:38:35 +0000 UTCHi all and welcome back! Time for another POLL!
All of what we watch is because of your requests, so thank you for choosing movies for us to enjoy! We have so many requests everyday here and on YouTube.. I try my best to make our POLLS match the demand, so thank you for your patience! :)
Requests that didn't make it in are probably on our LIST, but feel free to request again to bump them back to the top! I do keep track of all requests! Or try my best too :) Please don't get discouraged if your request isn't super popular.. we do randomly select one almost every week to give every request a fighting chance :)
Any trolling, do not engage. Let me know and I'll handle it. That person will be banned and then their VOTES will disappear. We want to keep this fair and fun.
Please give us a week or so so watch what WINS, edit and upload. :)
Thank you everyone for supporting us!

2020-10-31 07:20:06 +0000 UTCI think The Social Network has a pretty high interest level, especially considering it's not a franchise movie. Hope you guys will consider it. It's a great film.

2020-10-30 21:20:54 +0000 UTCAs sad as I am to see V for Vendetta not win, the people have spoken! Congratulations to front runners Coco and Incredibles 2. I know both are great films that I'm sure will be thoroughly enjoyed!
Michael McGee
2020-10-30 15:12:19 +0000 UTCBlade FTW. Blade 2 is also great. I still enjoyed Blade Trinity despite some haters. Watching the trilogy would be awesome. OG Hellboy and Hellboy 2 Golden army are a must too.

2020-10-30 09:05:46 +0000 UTCHeat and The Social Network are not going to win but I do hope they choose it. Wish there was a second poll for independent and critically acclaimed films. Some of the mainstream blockbusters are mediocre at best

2020-10-28 16:55:58 +0000 UTCThe problem with this is other reactors react to more movies than Storm Akima do, (which Iβm not complaining about, I like this Channelβs upload schedule). So doing polls based on genres will take take more time imo
Sohail Jafar
2020-10-28 15:51:02 +0000 UTCive noticed there have been a few vocal minority complainers.
Armchair Wizard
2020-10-28 15:40:06 +0000 UTCAlso can we get Bohemian Rhapsody on a poll soon? Itβs used to appear but has since disappeared. Also Trainspotting please :)
Fraser
2020-10-28 14:28:38 +0000 UTCI feel itβs time for polls to have a topic. Iβve seen other reactors do it and seems to work well. Like you could have a poll for what animated film we watch next? And have like 6 options. Or a poll for the next Chris Nolan film we should watch, I think it better gauges peopleβs expectations and means that nothing from another genre or topic is overshadowing others
Fraser
2020-10-28 14:25:36 +0000 UTCWhy are people complaining so much? There used to be so many polls where movies I didnβt like win many times, but it allowed the channel to grow. Many of my movie recommendations arenβt on polls but Iβm still optimistic lol
Sohail Jafar
2020-10-28 13:23:08 +0000 UTCReal talk (that hopefully isn't too blunt): I feel like it's kind of a waste of a poll slot to include Disney or Shrek-like movies. I'm not saying those movies are unworthy of watching. But it feels like those are usually the movies that are chosen for the "surprise" reactions anyway. So they'll likely eventually get reactions, regardless if they win a poll.

2020-10-28 12:38:08 +0000 UTCDon't feel too bad. Two of my constant requests got only 2 votes many polls back. :p Just keep on requesting it like many do, you never know what could happen! ππ
2020-10-28 12:09:37 +0000 UTCThis might be a very odd suggestion. But if you want some humorous halloween movies you could try Scary Movie (yes it's literally titled "Scary Movie").

2020-10-28 07:48:46 +0000 UTChere are some of my recommendations: Batman β89, The Burbs, Rocky - (and eventually the Rocky film series), Poltergeist, Warrior, Step Brothers, Toy Soldiers, 13 Hours, Star Trek ll: Wrath of Khan, Clue, Air Force One, Remember the Titans, Predator, Anchorman, American Sniper, Lethal Weapon, The Rock, True Lies, A Few Good Men, Hot Shots, Apollo 13, Sky High, The Fugitive, Dazed and Confused, Real Steel, Secret of My Success, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Rock of Ages, The Rundown, The Expendables, Con Air, Seven, The Negotiator, The Cutting Edge, Space Cowboys, Rudy, Dick Tracy, Airplane, Scream 2.

2020-10-28 02:03:30 +0000 UTCOh, I think the girls are finally ready for the Borat movies... long gone are the days of soft p.c willow flowery days of plain vanilla SNL (no hate towards SNL, but the majority of its audience are just...). The Borat Subsequent Moviefilm Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan is just f*&#iing delicious in these days; such as the comedy of Ricky Gervais at the Golden Globes, or Bill Burr, and Louis C.K towards all of us. If Jim Carrey calls Sacha Baron Cohen a comedy genius; you just gotta know there is something there.

2020-10-27 23:29:24 +0000 UTCLooks like itβs going to be a foot race between Incredibles 2 and Coco. Both Pixar movies. π

2020-10-27 09:54:25 +0000 UTCIt's a shame that it's already so clear that Heat has no chance of even getting close to winning. The girls deserve to watch De Niro and Pacino go at it in one of the all time great films.

2020-10-27 05:21:17 +0000 UTCYes, Money Talks is one of the forgotten but good action comedies from the 90s. Eddie Murphy's style of humor was similar to Chris Tucker so they would definitely enjoy the Beverly Hills Cop series, and 48 Hrs. Jackie Brown is definitely a Tarantino movie that Mom could enjoy as well, especially if she was fine with Django Unchained.
Justin S.
2020-10-27 05:13:03 +0000 UTCV for Vendetta! Now's the time for everyone to vote for a lovely 5th of November reaction! :)

2020-10-27 04:57:54 +0000 UTCIn hopeful hope-against-all-hope for the Storm Akima crew to react to one more spooky movie by random choice, I'm going to re-submit some of the Horror/Spooky-related movies that I and others have requested and that did not make it into this poll - along with a brief subject/genre description to see if it helps! :P Interview with The Vampire 1994 - (as much a period drama as a Horror movie about Vampires in a way not really seen before with Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Kirsten Dunst who won a Golden Globe for her performance!) The Thing 1982 - (as much a suspenseful thriller, as Horror movie dealing with social paranoia relatable to today.) The Others 2001 - (Classic Ghost Story with Nicole Kidman and Christopher Eccleston of Dr. Who fame! A movie where scary spookiness is afoot, but there's an emotional/throught-provoking substance for readers/viewers to consider just underneath.) Rocky Horror Picture Show 1975- (A Halloween tradition for so many. Sure you may've seen the story of the hapless couple that happen across a mad scientist in his spooky castle toiling over his macabre and diabolical experiments before, but I bet you haven't seen it as a Rocking musical! :D This is Tim Curry at his absolute, maniacal, seductive and darkly musical best! π€π) Monster House 2006 - (Stranger Things before Stranger Things. Snarky, smart-mouthed but lovable kids encountering spooky spooks with 80s callbacks like there's no tomorrow! It's animated and VERY Mom friendly!) Hellboy 2004 - (A Superhero movie involving spawns of Hell, ancient evil, Russian mystics and Nazi occult fanatics. π± If you think that sounds way too horrifying a combination, don't worry, it's part comedy! And Ron Perlman as the titular Hellboy is packing a big gun and lots of zingers to fight off all things that go bump in the night!π) The Crow 1994 - (Another comic based Spooky-themed movie, taking place during Halloween about a couple that has their lives tragically cut short by gangsters in a decaying city that's been overrun by crime, but instead of over the top baddies and comedy, we have a supernatural action-packed romantic story of revenge and eternal love. π) Here's hoping! π€πββοΈ
2020-10-27 04:04:50 +0000 UTCConjuring and Coraline for Halloween would be nice and I'm gonna die on this grave until it happens but I'm gonna keep recommending The Last Samurai.

2020-10-27 03:35:07 +0000 UTCCoco and Coraline for Halloween. Howlβs Moving Castle for Momβs heart. And V for Vendetta for Nov 5
2020-10-27 03:24:14 +0000 UTCSince you all enjoyed Chris Tucker in Rush Hour, I believe you would enjoy him and Charlie Sheen in Money Talks. Beverly Hills Cop, Zodiac, 48 Hours, Jackie Brown and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood would be good also. The last 2 are Quentin Tarantino movies if you want to get back into his stuff.

2020-10-27 02:41:39 +0000 UTCGood Variety of Flicks here. Casper is definitely a 90s classic in the family category, 500 Days of Summer is one of the best romantic comedies, and Heat is one of the few movies I would give an A+ to. Still hope to see more of my suggestions at least make the polls in the near future. I've decided to now only request 3 movies at a time most weeks to increase their chances. It's hard to only choose 3 so I'll rotate some out each week. Movie Requests: The Long Kiss Goodnight 1996 (Geena Davis, Samuel L. Jackson) Ransom 1996 (Mel Gibson, Gary Sinese) Outbreak 1995 (Dustin Hoffman, Morgan Freeman)
Justin S.

2020-10-27 02:11:21 +0000 UTCThank you for putting Heat back in the rotation! I really hope it wins. May I recommend Sicario as well? A very tense thriller about an idealistic FBI agent during the War on Drugs. Starring Emily Blunt, Josh Brolin (Thanos), and Benicio Del Toro.
Asa Leon Barber
2020-10-27 02:06:35 +0000 UTCI think The Conjuring 1 and 2 are the best choices for October but you should definitely watch Little Miss Sunshine someday soon for a nice mix of drama and comedy. My recommendations for the future: Attack the Block (2011) Chocolat (2000) I β€οΈ Huckabees (2004) Ponette (1996) Welcome to the Dollhouse (1995) Dance Me Outside (1994) Napoleon Dynamite (2004) Office Space (1999) Anne of Green Gables (1985 miniseries)
