The "focus" trigger works very well for helping me clear my mind of life clutter and become calm. I can then get tired and fall asleep. I truly appreciate you doing this type of video, Bekah. I especially liked the use of both hands-palms facing inward- going from near the screen to then frame your face, as well as the "Stop!" parts where you then covered the camera lens with your fingers. Both of these are uniquely used by you to great effect. Demanding the attention of both my eyes and mind respectively. The cute lace collar on your green top was another great focus point. The only suggestion I have is when you do another "focus" video is to have something in the background for the viewer to potentially focus on too. When you said to "look at anything except me," there was just pitch blackness. Which was very atmospheric but provided nothing else to focus on. All-in-all, I absolutely loved it. I'll be watching it again tonight to help me relax after my Monday. 😀👍👍
