If Hank tells the DEA they won't believe and even if they did there is no physical evidence besides Walt's money. Everything else is hearsay. Also, it seems Walt doesn't want to kill Hank as we say with his discussion with Saul and said "Hank is off limits." Walt's "tread lightly" comment is pretty much an empty threat. Though I can see why you don't trust Walt.
