2020-01-29 22:12:03 +0000 UTCI have to say there was really no need for Sokka and Zuko to have kept their mission a secret from the rest of the gang. The writers simply did it for convenience. If Katara and Toph (with her metalbending) came along then the prison break would have been all too easy. XD
