This movie has a spectacular first and second act but unfortunately kind of goes off the deep end for the final act.

2019-03-29 21:09:58 +0000 UTCThis movie has to be one of the most harrowing experiences every produced. The ending is good, and its "Good", but the path to reaching it is bleak af. And it doesn't end perfectly. We needed a scene at the end of Coop landing on the surface of the planet, just as she's walking to the trailer, and seeing them having a sun-shiney moment hugging. I'd have ended it with dialogue too, of her asking him how he's alive, and him starting to tell her. That kind of thing.

2019-03-28 11:24:41 +0000 UTCThe Martian is like a nice 'come down' after how heavy Interstellar is, and especially Matt Damon's character in Interstellar lol

2019-03-28 11:24:13 +0000 UTCWow, it has been a long time since I have seen this movie but it is fantastic and I am thrilled you watched it!! Now you need to watch "The Martian", Planet of the Apes (go ahead and watch the whole trilogy), and The Greatest Showman, particularly if you want to see Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) in a completely different role and it has some fantastic songs also!

2019-03-28 06:12:44 +0000 UTCInception next!
2019-03-28 04:14:21 +0000 UTCIf you like this movie, you would also REALLY like The Prestige. Also by Chris Nolan with Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale! Might be his best movie.

2019-03-27 18:08:10 +0000 UTCI'm hyperventilating!!! This movie reminded me of the old 'Oil Family' epoch's. Going through like 3 generations of a family, and all their struggles and triumphs. Had been passively requesting this one more than anything, what a nice surprise :D Thanks Storm and Fam! Extra thanks btw for doing such a long movie. Nolan tried so hard he admitted to shorten it, but with the editing he couldn't haha. I guess it was like a movie version of trying to make the fair use versions for your channel :D PS. Epic work Mum for picking up Murph from the beginning video! The videos of the other people are actually from a documentary Nolan saw about the Dust Bowl (the spark of inspiration for this movie)!! So you were right on the money, that was real documentary footage (except for the actor playing older Murph). pps. How good is the 'docking' scene :D One of the best scenes in movie history for me.
