She means change your Patreon email to your gmail. On Patreon you can go to your profile, then edit profile, and there you can change your email address to your gmail address.

While Dawn (the lady all the way to the left) has seen the Harry Potter films before, this is a completely blind reaction for the others. As far as my knowledge goes, none of them have read the books.
