Here is a google form of suggesting your ideas, feel free to do that with nickname or anonymously. Few days later I'll add mine and group them together into voting options. As for the first one voting thins may go messy, and final desicion about what and when to draw is up to me anyway, but your opinion would be taken into consideration indeed~
