Regal Celestia
Added 2020-01-01 19:47:42 +0000 UTCApril 17, 2017-January 1, 2020. Based on a early, extremely dated sketch from October 13, 2013 (see previous sketch post). The idea of giving her multiple dresses came during the 2017 redraw. It's also why it ended up taking longer than intended.
