Scenario
After hearing rumours that 7 was being targeted by another assassin group, 13 decided to step in to protect.

She originally had him as a safe house but he kept wandering out to get supplies for their 'romantic getaway'

Not only that, but he was hit with a shrink dart from an assassin that often shrinks and torments their pray. While that psyco didn't get him this time, they might get them next. 7 makes the suggestion of hiding in 13's bra.

To his surprise, she actually thought about it and agreed that having him close would be a good idea.

Experiencing death threats, crushing and constant fear of ticking 13 off might of been a turn on at first, but he started to question her intentions after the assassins after him were defeated and she still didn't let him out. Not that he entirely minds, but she keeps tightening her bra and getting red with anger whenever he asked her about it.
