Overview : The girls had heard Mineta was planning on using someone elses quirk to watch them changing so they took turns keeping watch. However, it didn't seem like he showed up, possibly losing his nerve at the increased security.
However, that was not the case. Mineta was hiding like a bug, scuttling around ready to ogle. However, a bag got in his way. Desperate to get a peek, he scuttled around the bag, he got his balls ready on his hands to stick to something if they dared to get in his way before a shadow fell over him.
