Hi OM3, what you've discovered is a long standing bug with Patreon's Vimeo integration. And nope, sadly there's no fixing it by uploading a thumbnail :( (believe me, we tried...) That being said, we recommend logging into www.entagma.com using your Patreon account and watching the courses there - we're constantly trying to make our website more user friendly and offer features (such as cinema mode) that Patreon doesn't.
