In this tutorial we'll go through the steps necessary to disable pressure constraints if weld constraints in your simulation break. Useful not only but also for setting up a simulation of a bursting ballooon or bubble.

I am trying to use this for a tire blowout, so I have minimized the stretchiness and made some other tweaks, but I am having some difficulty getting a high-pressure explosion of the pieces once they break. It is working but just not as snappy as I would like. Any recommendations? Thanks!

2019-06-08 03:09:54 +0000 UTCdamn, i tried to merge this with a tool for wrapping a curve around geo. broken the balloon and rope bits into their own groups and made sure all the vellum constraints were working on the correct groups. once i view the dop net the whole geo freaks out.
