Your ASMR is my favorite 😁. it does make a good pateron exclusive you could do A few on YouTube like maybe one or two a week and say if you want more ASMR bites you have many more on Patreon or something like that

I often use things like the 3 minute breathing space to like, quickly interrupt and recalibrate where my head is if I catch myself going down a rabbit hole, so I can see this being really useful. I'd love for a positive affirmations one!
