This is the followup to the sleep anxiety video (linked below) One video before bed, one after :) In this video, I provide some motivation to get out of bed and start your day, some positive affirmations, and some quick advice on how to handle crappy people. There are morning bird sounds to help you wake up, and there is a "sunrise" effect, meaning that it starts with warm colors and a vignette and blends into brighter blues and no vignette to slowly help wake up your brain. This also means you won't be instantly blinded by the brightness when you wake up. :) There's also a little gif in the corner to help you regulate your breathing if you're panicking at all. If the sound sounds weird, it's because I was having an issue with a bit of a metallic ringing to my voice that was happening with all my mics and so I had to alter it a bit to get it to go away. This is the better option, I promise xD I think it's because the way I talk at this volume is a bit nasally and that frequency rings a bit in my mics. It's weird, but it's happened before. But yeah.
