Quick 9 Minute Morning Motivation! | Bird Sounds | Sunrise Effect

This is the followup to the sleep anxiety video (linked below) One video before bed, one after :) In this video, I provide some motivation to get out of bed and start your day, some positive affirmations, and some quick advice on how to handle crappy people. There are morning bird sounds to help you wake up, and there is a "sunrise" effect, meaning that it starts with warm colors and a vignette and blends into brighter blues and no vignette to slowly help wake up your brain. This also means you won't be instantly blinded by the brightness when you wake up. :) There's also a little gif in the corner to help you regulate your breathing if you're panicking at all. This video is only 9:30 because I want you to be able to squeeze it into your morning even if you're running a bit late n__n Hope this helps, and have a great day!

If the sound sounds weird, it's because I was having an issue with a bit of a metallic ringing to my voice that was happening with all my mics and so I had to alter it a bit to get it to go away. This is the better option, I promise xD I think it's because the way I talk at this volume is a bit nasally and that frequency rings a bit in my mics. It's weird, but it's happened before. But yeah. Enjoy :)

Bekah, this video turned out great! The sound is better then you think. It's different then your other videos but this is a different style of video. You are talking instead of whispering and if I didn't know you were having a problem with the sound I would just think it's mild room echo. Not a big deal at all. You did a really great job with the sunrise effect. Your breathing exercise gif is really cute and effective. You are very cheerful and a little playful with your interaction with the viewer in this video. A very nice touch. I had a big smile on my face the whole time. A very positive video! Excellent! Flips the script on ASMR being only for bedtime. Could be a whole series on lifes anxious moments. Worrying about them is most of the battle, if you have an example where things worked out well, it becomes less scary.

This video was really nice because normally I watch ASMR before bed but the mornings can really suck and I think this will really help not only me but other people who are not morning people XD I know what your taking about with the sound but I think it's fine because you where just taking and not whispering. Great job on this video and I hope your feeling better today :D
