Ellen Greene, who plays Audrey, has had a long career as a cabaret singer, a Broadway star, and has been in a few movies and tv shows, but she is mostly known for her role as Audrey. She is the original Audrey and will always be the bar for what an Audrey is supposed to be. :)

2025-11-01 17:56:56 +0000 UTCI think that's the one that I found. It ended VERY differently. 😊 I'd watched it way back in the 80's when it came out, and that had the ending that you guys watched. I didn't know that there was an alternate version.

You should also checkout the Director’s cut of the Little Shop of Horrors film you just watched. They restore the actual stage play ending to the film. It’s the ending they actually wanted to use but the studio wanted a happy ending.
