Cyborg was his next film after Kickboxer or it debuted the same year in 1989 i cant remember. It was supposed to be Heman and the Masters of the Universe part 2 but it was cancelled once the company was going bankrupt so they used the Heman sets for a scifi film starring Van Damme in a futuristic martial arts underrated gem!!!

2025-02-09 15:10:53 +0000 UTCOkay, if you're going to go down the JCVD rabbit hole, then you've got to hit Cyborg, Double Impact, Lionheart, Nowhere to Run, Universal Soldier, Timecop, and Sudden Death, and then tie it up in a bow with the movie titled JCVD. A super fun cluster of movies during his prime, and he then delivers a genuinely good performance in JCVD.
