The scene is kind of classic korean scene of making it seem like one serious thing only to turn into a different very silly thing. That's also why ballet girl was mocking her in the bathroom for going all out. It's easier to catch the more shows you watch, but extra hard to catch for us international fans who also can't catch all the nuance of language. But yeah disreguard thoughts of her being infected
