I think when a file is uploaded to be released at a later date, their RSS feed is showing the day it was uploaded rather than when it was actually released for listening. This isn't exclusive to this podcast I'm subbed to a couple of other podcasts that use Soundcloud and have seen the same issue. So your feed of new podcasts may make it look like it came out a couple of days previous. I've tried this with two different podcast apps and they both show the new episode as releasing on the 17th rather than today.
