2025-01-01 01:28:26 +0000 UTCYeah the only motorized transport cars, lorries, trucks, ships, planes, tanks (except bikes) {even sub's} that doesn't require you to wear a seatbelt (helicopters); and it's the vehicle that carries the kids; and public buses in general; I'm not a fan of kids, but I thought most people would think that a concern, get belts on buses!

It’s terrible, but school busses even without seatbelts are considered the safest vehicles on the whole road, so I guess a lot of states see that as an excuse to save money for other things instead of upgrading all their school busses
