Yea, archer never shuts up, always talks his shit. But tbh, dude pretty much always backs it up. He’s an asshole, but when shit goes down, dude handles business. The voice actor is H. Jon Benjamin. His delivery and timing is impeccable. Cyril is voiced by Chris Parnell, another awesome va. Pretty much the whole cast is fuckin fire, I’d def suggest looking them up. Please stick with the show my dude. It has great character development, top tier witty dialogue, the story has tons of twists and change ups, callbacks and settings. First season is good, but a little weird feeling because we’re just getting to know the characters and they were just beginning to give them personalities and backgrounds, but I swear, season 2 they really kick into their groove and the show fuckin flies by. No big spoilers, but they go through a lot, being an agency, being drug dealers, then a few actually amazing seasons toward the end that each have their own entirely different time period and settings. This show is a fuckin ride dude, I really can’t recommend it enough. And don’t trip, the mom/son relationship is thoroughly dove into and explained. Archer had a really fuckin rough upbringing and his mom was pretty fuckin ruthless to him. Plus, all the characters cook Archer for how weird it is constantly and that shit is hilarious 😂

2024-11-08 21:17:32 +0000 UTCNot going to lie the weird relationship with his mom is pretty much a big part of the show but not nearly as incest weird as the show goes on the pilot episode is a really weird one. His relation ship with his mom is throughout the show is more like a codependency or atleast he wants to act like he hates his mom but is also weirdly protective of her but not nearly as weird sexually as this episode was. Trust me man check it out for a bit it’s another o e of those shows that takes off after he first season. That’s the curse of some shows for reactors it seems. The first season just doesn’t hold up and doesn’t catch the intrest but the community still expects that you will watch in continuity. I’m a big fan of skipping the first couple seasons if they bog the over all show down, it’s like that for me with south park, trailer park boys, archer, the office dragonballz abridged . A lot of the shows that have a big cult following have that issue
