Feat. Devon, a custom gallade/liepard fusion OC feeling a little naughty today.
(Sorry, I forgot to hit record on my program so there's no timelapse video this time!)
1- Early sketch: First I get the overall feel of the sketch in, and try to get the right proportions for the body.
2- Sketch: After consulting with the patreon, I just had to modify the head slightly.
3- Lineart: With the base sketch done, I just went ahead and added the clean lineart on top of it.
4- Flat colors: Then I colored every section with the base colors needed for the design.
5- Gradients: Then I added some dark and light gradients to all the colors.
6- Shading: And then some shadows and highlights in different layers and different settings/colors.
7- Background sketch: With the main character done, I move in to draw the early iterations of the background for it, which will be a bedroom.
8- Background bases: Then with the overall layout prepared, I proceed to draw the bases for it.
9- Background details: Every base gets a small amount of extra detail to it in their respective layers.
10- Final effects: Finally I add some extra lighting and shadows to enhance the background further.
