現在pixivアカウントが停止しております。

投稿したAI画像の投稿がガイドライン違反に当たるための措置とのことです。

以下、アカウントに送付された禁止事項等に関するメッセージです。

pixivでは以下の禁止事項に該当する写実的な人物画像の投稿を禁止しております。

・プログラム等の機械的な手段を用い、作者本人の許可なく作品を著しく模倣したもの

・作者・被写体等の許可なく既存の画像等を不当に制作過程に組み込み、作者・被写体等の利益を著しく害するもの

・フィルターや画像加工の有無を問わず、実写を主体とした画像であるもの

・実写と同等もしくは著しく写実的でかつ、性的あるいは残虐な意図や示唆を認められるもの

・実写と同等もしくは著しく写実的であることで、社会に混乱をもたらすあるいは公序良俗に反する可能性があるもの

投稿画像は生成AIであることは明示しており、写実的ではありますが上記のガイドラインのどれにも当てはまらない認識での投稿でした。

pixiv事務局への問い合わせは行っておりますが、どのような対応となるか不明です。

新しいことへの挑戦として、色々始めていたのですが、支援者様を含めてフォローしてくださっている方にご迷惑かける形になるとは思いませんでした。

なお、pixiv FANBOXへの投稿は可能とのことなので、予告している投稿は続けていきます。

本件に関して進捗がありましたら、投稿いたします。

The pixiv prohibits the submission of photorealistic images of people that fall under the following prohibited items.

Sexually explicit images of children who actually exist or could exist.

Submissions that use programs or other mechanical means to significantly imitate the work without the author's permission.

Any work that incorporates existing images into the production process without the author's or subject's permission, which seriously harms the interests of the author, subject, etc.

Images that are mainly based on live-action photographs, regardless of whether or not filters or image manipulation has been used.

Images that are equivalent to or significantly more realistic than live-action images, and that are found to have sexual or cruel intentions or suggestions.

Those that may cause social disruption or offend public order and morals by being equal to or significantly more realistic than live-action images.

It was clearly stated that the submitted image was a generated AI, and although it was realistic, it was submitted with the understanding that it did not fall under any of the above guidelines.

I have made enquiries with the pixiv office, but it is unclear what the response will be.

I had started a lot of things as a new challenge, but I didn't think it would be a form of inconvenience to the people who follow me, including my supporters.

I have been told that it is possible to contribute to pixiv FANBOX, so I will continue to make the contributions we have announced.

I will post any progress regarding this matter.
