Hi Evie ! Can't wait for you to watch the next three episodes ^^

Nessie- Je lis, et alors

Hey Evie, a conflagration is a large fire that can destroy buildings/homes and a large area. In this case, the obituary says they die in a large fire at Fraser’s Ridge. I agree with you about that Indian. I like his face as well. This is supposed to be North Carolina, but they are still filming in Scotland and the brought over real Indigenous people from Canada. In the book, Jamie kills a real bear, but logistically, they couldn’t do that. They had to redefine that part, but still set it up so that he could gain their respect and be named “Bear Killer” I completely get what you mean about filling everything into the one episode regarding coming across the Native people in the beginning and by the end of the episode they came to an understanding. The books are able to go into more detail that the show can’t. For example, in the book, when Jamie and Claire first get married they spend several days talking and getting to know each other before they meet his beggar friend Hugh Munro. Which, I believe was the very next episode on the show after the wedding. Basically, the books are able to do that with even more swoon worthy moments throughout the books of Jamie being romantic. I’d be interested in what you think of the books once you start reading them. Remember what the Indian healer said about death not being Claire’s fault, it will make sense. Don’t worry, none of the main characters are dying… at least right now… 😜

Evie's anticipations for what's next are so entertaining. Bree... Roger... the potential conflict with the natives... she's really engaged by these plot lines. What's going to be the VERY BEST however, is what Evie CAN'T see coming next!
