What’s wrong with this episode? Yep... NO JAMIE!! 😩 I bet Sam enjoyed his time off while the rest of the cast filmed this episode and knowing how much Sam loves the outdoors, it wouldn’t surprise me if he had gone hiking. Unlike in the books, the TV show really builds up the relationship with Murtaugh and Jamie and Murtaugh and Claire. Evie, I’m not sure if you knew that Murtaugh is Jamie’s godfather and he swore that he’d be there for Jamie. I believe you mentioned in this reaction that he has always been looking out for Jamie. They have more of a father/son relationship. In a previous reaction, you mentioned that it was Murtaugh who had saved Claire from Black Jack when she first came through the stones. This episode really builds a bond between the two of them and it grows into friendship. He became protective of her because she is Jamie’s wife and Jamie couldn’t be there himself to protect her. I really like Murtaugh, he really is very funny with all his complaining😂
