Stefan is drowing over and over again an to survive mentally he is talking in his head with Damon and Elena, but it is his subconcious telling himself what he thinks Damon or Elena would say to him, poor thing. Damon an Elena are adorable and Ian with season 5 haircut is super gorgious.
