This is an improv I did last year when contributing to a project called OpenNSFW (https://opennsfw.carrd.co/) that provides free voice and sfx packs available to anyone and with no restriction on how they are used. I support the full circle of smut and so was eager to contribute. If you ever need some rough throat sounds for your own project, let me know!
Anyway, I imagined how fun it would be to make it with somebody as stunt cock and that's how this audio was born.
