January Raffle

Lemming and EpicLPer win their tiered raffles by default because they are the only ones in their respective tiers and I can probably begin working on their requests for now.
This Friday or Saturday I will try to stream art again (may be working on the winner's requests) at https://picarto.tv/WitchTaunter where I will also roll for winner of the $1 `tier so everyone can see the winner firsthand. If the winner isn't watching the stream I'll contact them afterwards.
