added the tray files! I changed the build up a bit from gameplay testing so ill update tray files as need until i finish the build. it's not finished but i'm still going to add cc links after the holidays

So alot of people ask me to share my builds on tumblr, and this will be the first one. I wasn't going to post this public because 1. there are SO MANY MODS to link and 2. this build is inspired by one of my favorite honeyselect artists. (finally revealed them ♥) so it's kinda special to me & I didn't want just anyone having it, so I'm offering it to my tier 3 patrons only. I might take this down in the future, but I do plan to do more updating to this before I share it. edit: build is done! now to add links..

this build didn’t take long to do , about 2 days. I started the day of the new patch to give me something to do while waiting for updates getting ready for new gameplay.. I do like how it came out. the bathroom is kinda small & I could not settle on a floor tile for the kitchen area but luckily the CC muffinmakers make everything better. I do use food mods so most the clutter is edible food..that includes food mod cc that has custom milk flavors etc.

as I start to link the CC that is included in this. hopefully the links are still available for all of them before I post the tray files. I won't include the cc uses because it is not good to post CC behind paywalls that I did not create , but everything in it will be linked here in full detail

The details:

This is a donut shop that carries various donuts that alter the body when eaten. they are also sold with complimentary 'milk' made freshly in the back everyday ;)

30x20 Retail Lot

lot traits : hypersexual (wicked whims) | no smoking inside (basemental) | no paparazzi allowed (road 2 fame mod)

lot challenges: simple living -so you HAVE to use ingredients bought & stocked in the shelves to make the sellable goods :)

I added simzlink mod to this build for public wifi , sims will scan this sign on their phone to sign in , in order to play games or listen to music on the lot or use pcs on the lot if u dont want it , remove it and the router on the wall or the whole mod in general it's by LOT51

this wall shelf has NO SLOTS so there are multiple OMSP shelves here but you can still add food on the cake stands , if you remove them it removes the shelf so unhide the shelf before moving them if you do

the milking room wall has no wallpaper because when I first decorated it I did the front store area first so if you add wallpaper it will DELETE ALL 50+ THE DECOR ON THE FRONT STORE WALL. don't do it. sorry I didnt fix it this room was an add on and I didn't separate the wall. so there is no door for sims to get back there. i tried to make it work with a gate so customers vs. hucows won't be coming in areas they don't need to, feel free to add a door and knock out a window

UPDATED THE KITCHEN! ITS SUPER HOT PINK BUT NOT OVERBEARING LOL. IVE ADDED A TON OF INGREDIENTS FOR BAKING IN THE WALL FRIDGERATOR AND SHELVES LIKE BAKING SODA , SUGAR , CHOCOLATE EGGS BUTTER ETC..YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN MILK ;) I USE SRSLYSIMS, ICEMUNMUN, BRAZENLOTUS, ONI82, AROUNDTHESIMS4, PIEDPIPER, FOOD MODS

there are alot of baking stoves and decor and appliances too .. if there is too much on the countertops feel free to delete some of them for space so multiple workers to bake at once. all the shelves on the cabinets have slots and those totes are storage too!

the milking room has no way to enter it besides thru the kitchen so milkers and milkees will need access to the kitchen but remember to lock the kitchen door for employees ONLY

made the bathroom the only place accessible for customers to have sex. workers should not do that unless paid. this is a place of business !!! sexy business..

decluttered the area behind the register because customers would not be rang up if it's too cluttered. if thats not enough feel free to move more stuff. the mod for customers to line up at the register works perfect with this. long as customers scanning for wifi don't get in the way

finished the exterior. there are COWS U NEED TO TEND TO on the lot, but theyre from the cow mods by icemunmun and brazenlotus. why? because they give chocolate and other flavors of milk used to make donuts. if thats too much you can buy milk from the store..or milk yourself (for those who know how )

this area on the wall is for the best employees and best milk ribbons! good luck guys and girls!

the golf carts don't work for the hucows to do deliveries. sorry :( if anyone finds a functional golf cart I can recolor it and add it to the build though!

there are a ton of mods in this. there are over 7GB in this 1 build lol. including mods that make it function and not just CC for it to work lol (u asked for this)

I didn't include all my overrides that i have in my game not everyone uses what i do but i did add the wallshelf overrides they add more slots to bg shelves and recipes checked here .. they make a difference
