We're Back! And brought a monster along...

So it is... The ancient japanese monstrosity xD

Long story short, in a little more than a week I covered over 11000km, 2 airplane trips, one by train and two long distance car trips, the latest one ending with me driving this truck home. The only thing I could find with my loan money that could be of use in the future and can still run despite the age and horrible condition. Spent some time to make urgent repairs/maintenance and follow all the legal process, getting the nameplate, registration, insurance and all that, was worried sick they'd reject it at some point, especially the mechanical inspection part xD It really had all the headlights smashed, and many more issues that could have raised questions from the police xD Now it's all passed and I can have a sigh of relief...

The good part is that it's running, and this particular model is nearly understructible, it will help me survive the winter and carry on with house stuff moving. And with time, I hope I will make a fine overlad vehicle out of it and have some travels, I've got a vast experience in car repairs and restoration...

The poor black gryphon is going to sit under a tent and wait for the spring... Needs some rare spare parts from japan and proper outdoor conditions for complicated engine repair... He's got the worst possible luck with the engine and previous owners :\ And his electronic diesel engine is by far not as bulletproof piece of engineering as this toyota's, redneck-style ownership wrecks havoc in it... But I will make it alright and running too.. With Chara's help :)
