However, since printing the first chapter is a dream a bit difficult to realize, ( I should open a crowdfunding, if it goes well, otherwise... nevermind. ) I will collect it as an e-book in a nice format for a tier, so you will have it to browse whenever you want :)
Ok but now here are some sneak peeks and updates on my projects.
Generic Phoenix commissioned me two more cards from the NSFW PBB Next Tarot Collection! Since I have now published the page, the cards will be made in color (traditional) from tomorrow! So it's guaranteed and safe to have them in your rewards this month! And this time they are really rich, one has three characters and another one has 5!!
Today I had my digital copies printed, scans of the original cards that Phoenix received at his home...and I was shocked at how cool they are!! :O
I'm holding 4 cards printed on glossy cardboard, I cut them with rounded corners...they are really triple wow!! O_O I don't know what else to say!
I'll show them to you so you can imagine with me when I can create complete decks for you! Card Decks are easier to make than a comic book, I can handcraft them as you "purchase" them through their tier. And if you prefer a portfolio with full-size prints, we can do that too...upon request! :)
And now I would like to tell you about that important job that I obtained and that you patrons know in advance. I'll tell you about it in the next post, give me time to write a short story...if I can.

Oh how interesting! And then Sundays were for going to church as well I think. I remember my grandpa telling me stories about how things were back then :) Ok, so perhaps: "Otherwise you'll be too tired/exhausted tomorrow"? It's a bit long I'll admit, and there's a lot to unpack, but I think the point is that he won't have the energy to work the next day, rather than getting a fever. Also, I just wanna add that you did a wonderful job with Caterina's expression in that panel :) When it comes to Elias, perhaps: "Antonio, go rest, you didn't sleep well last night." Now I will understand that something kept Antonio up last night, and that's why Elias tells him to go rest. Caterina's dialogue is tricky, because, "Don't be so hard on yourself," is something that's usually associated with shame in my experience; that Antonio thinks he dosen't deserve to eat. But I don't think Antonio feels shame for feeling the way he does. At least not yet... Hmm. Would: "Please, just let it go," or: "Please, come back and eat," work? I personaly like: "Please, come back and eat," because that sounds so motherly and warm to me. Now, maybe Caterina thinks that Antonio feels shame, and I got it wrong, so you of course do what you intend.

I will make the necessary corrections after answering you, so we can find the right solution :) Apart from the understandable dialogues, but which can be improved, I move on to the more difficult ones. "Otherwise you'll feel sick later." Antonio is a worker, the family has a company and in Italy at that time there was no WEEKEND, oh well, until the end of 90s in Italy there was no Saturday as a day of rest, I myself have always gone to school even Saturday! XD Sigh... So Antonio works hard, like everyone else, from Monday to Saturday (as did my father always too), and if he doesn't rest on Sunday and above all he doesn't eat, then he will be weak, and he won't be well, he won't be able to do another week of work. Elias tells him that he has to rest, because the previous night he didn't sleep due to worries, and rest is also important, on Sundays, to recover the strength spent during the week. So as a typically Italian thing, which I took for granted, is the fact that workers only had Sunday as a day off, not like nowadays. And they didn't have modern aids, everything was done hard by hand. What do you suggest I do, so that what I have explained to you is understood? Caterina tells her son not to "punish" himself by skipping food and rest, because Antonio is a teenager, but at the time, however, he was considered adult and adolescent feelings were not understood! Today there are for example ... the Emo! XD I don't know if I'm digressing... XD but Caterina thinks Antonio is so frustrated that he refuses food as a form of protest, or unsolicited punishment. We also remember that at the time food and health was the only thing that mattered, and to punish a boy there was only "you will skip the meal" because there was nothing else! You couldn't deprive a guy of going to a party, playing video games or watching TV, using the car or the phone. So Antonio is protesting by inflicting an unsolicited punishment, giving up a moment that only happens once a week, the good, restorative lunch, with the family. Elias, who understands, tells Caterina that Antonio must "vent" his frustration by brooding to himself, however he advises him to sleep because he didn't sleep the night before, otherwise he won't be able to work, which is also an important thing for the family, which count on him. Antonio will have to be a lighthouse for his siblings! :)

I'm looking forward to the cards :) I have a few questions about the dialogue, as I'm not entirely sure what they're trying to say. Fara is understandable; just a little oddly structured I think. How do you translate normally? Personally, I would have written, "Come on! Sundays were made to relax and to enjoy lunch with the family!" But, like I said, your version is totally understandable. Elias, likewise, is understandable, if a little eyebrow raising. "Antonio, please! Calm down and eat!" Is how I would have done it. But yes, that's just me. Caterina's dialouge is the first one I'm not sure of. "Otherwise you'll feel sick later." Is it an Italian thing that you'll get sick if you don't eat? Is it a historical thing? What was your intention here when she said that? On that note, what does she mean by, "...Please, don't be hard on yourself!" Hard on himself? Is he feeling ashamed? Disgraced and dishonored for sure, but shame and guilt? What does she mean? About Elias' first speech bubble in his final dialouge, "Fine, it's better this way. Caterina, let him be, he's upset." Is he talking to Antonio first, and then Caterina, is he only talking to Caterina, or is he talking to himself? It sounds like he's talking to himself. Next up, "Antonio, go rest, you won't sleep even at night." That one I don't really understand. What does that mean? Is Antonio going to sleep now? Is his conscience gonna keep him awake all night? Both? "Be quiet and reasonable. It's not worth it! Just think about your family!" Oh dear, nothing to complain about here, because that was a powerful line! :) Overall, it's a lovely page. I particularly like the red wine -- so deep and red that I can almost taste it :) I like how Sofia facepalms, like as if this is a common occurrence. Poor Fara tries to lighten the situation up, and lovely Caterina is such a kind and concerned mother :) And now Antonio has a choice to make... What will it be I wonder. Family, or honor?
