BIG chunk of Zelda this week!
FIVE HOURS in which I try to climb a mountain and things get impressively off course.

Re: other in demand playthroughs:
FEAR & HUNGER:
I've made progress on editing, through to the finale! I've done my initial editing pass, and now I need to go back and check for stuff to censor etc. Sorry, I see in my stats now that this was the most viewed Early Access series so I should have gotten it done sooner. It's just a lot more work to prep because of how much editing it is involved in removing a lot of the repetition, followed by even more editing for the censoring.
On top of this, we had a potentially playthrough-ruining recording error where my commentary wasn't in Toaster's recordings for several hours, but thankfully I was also recording at the time as a backup, but that meant the next session required additional fixing and I was putting that off while I tried to make headway on the next video essay script.

ECHO:
Stephanie and I got another five episodes of Flynn done yesterday! So expect that soon.

BLACKSAD: UNDER THE SKIN:
Toaster decided to start Blacksad, which I've been meaning to do for years, so I joined him for that. Also coming soon!

Boring logistics behind the schedule for Patreon:
I often try to record my solo content on Monday through Wednesday evening at the moment because I'm trying to spend my days writing and those are the days that don't end in streams. There is a lag time, however, between when I record stuff and when it goes up on YouTube. What determines this?
One thing is that rendering videos takes time. My current setup can render a video in about half the time it takes to watch it, but these multi-hour super videos I make for Patreon Early Access undo that speed boost because I'm essentially rendering every video twice.
But a much bigger throttle on my workflow is that I live with other people and share my internet, and they get mad if I upload during the day and take up bandwidth, so lately I've only been uploading at night when they're asleep.
This means that if I record on Monday I might have the video edited and rendering on Monday night, but then I need to wait until Tuesday night to upload it, and then can make the post on Patreon for it after I wake up on Wednesday. Additional messiness can come from stuff like how I've put F&H and Blacksad in their own separate projects with custom settings to deal with some stuff, which means I can't set them to batch render the same night as videos in my main project file, etc.

TL;DR - It turns out there's a lot of logistical strain behind making a lot of big videos while juggling several projects, and a lot of points where delays sneak in. This is why I'm being vague about, yeah, those three things! They're coming! Any day now-ish.
