Times are usually around 1:00 pm Pacific time, but the nomination and voting process are each around 48 hours long so you don't have to have the strongest grip on the exact timing. Just don't wait too long.
You will receive the information on how to participate via a direct message here on Patreon, so you must be a member of the applicable tier before the event begins: $15 tier for nominations, any tier for voting. The message usually results in you getting an email notification, but you may have to check your spam filter and whitelist patreon so that it gets through.
If you want to participate in this process please make sure that you haven't selected "No Reward" when pledging. I operate under the assumption that if you opt into "No Reward" instead of any of the existing tiers it's because you don't want to vote, don't want to be in the credits, etc. About once a month however someone expresses confusion about being excluded and they're always someone who has opted out. If you've previously voted or seen yourself in the credits and haven't changed anything since then, you're fine.
