Pleasant Surprise Sketch

Will add some tongues and all that with detailed lines. Also will have different versions for internal and without internal like usual. ^^

He is not that small and that is good. :3 I really like sketches and I like how his head is tightly stuffed inside the throat. Furthermore his facial expression is fitting and nice to view. ^.^
