Jin Woo achieved his mission, he no longer felt any need to fight at the time. He still wants the raid to succeed, if it doesn't, it puts his whole country and his family in danger. He assesses the strength of the hunters and assumes that he does not need to get involved, the line up looked stacked. Goto is defeated and so the shadow he placed in Goto's shadow was unsummoned. Goto, being by far the strongest hunter on that island, was defeated, so it becomes obvious to Jin Woo that he needs to step in. If not to protect the other hunters, then to protect his country and family.

2025-03-17 16:06:54 +0000 UTCYes, I think he showed up as soon as Goto died. Jin Woo can't see what his shadows see, but he can sense when they die, or rather, are no longer summoned. Which would explain why he didn't show up to save Byung Gu and the Japanese S ranks.

Its not portrayed as good as it could have been. And Yes that Crack in the Sword was it one and Done! Bruh got Off screened Again :P Just so ya know Goto Was Trash anyway ther are a few Vods ya can see what was left out I recomend " AniNews " he dose a great job he even let me know what was in the Novel and Webtoon. So its Great. Dont worry we are gettin 1 hr finale i PRAY THEY Put a Good Budget or ppl are gonna Flip esp they didnt do the Jin Goto fight justice

In my opinion I think he was watching on TV like everyone else, but as it was also said in the previous episode, the transmission had a 10 minute delay, so when he found out that the situation got bad, he decided to intervene. Well, here's what I understood about the situation.

2025-03-16 04:56:53 +0000 UTCi feel like if it solely just for the sake of seeking out a fight. he wouldve gone with them at the start and took care of everything on his own. i think his shadow soldiers were setup as a like a fail safe, like once things got to the point of like "were gonna die right now" they would come out and that kinda tells him that things went extremely left and they NEED help lol

2025-03-16 04:40:03 +0000 UTCIt sounds like Jin Woo didn't want to get involved because he had no personal reason to go; he thought they could do it without him. He often takes a back seat in the dungeons if it is a guild-owned dungeon, so he might just not want to get involved unless he needs to.
