Next month's drawing poll

Last times -I- picked the topic/characters, but I think it will be much more fun to see what you all can come up with! So, Throw me some character ideas!
Just a few rules though:
- No personal OC's (for now!)
- You CAN suggest my OC's!
- No (canonly) underaged characters
- Male characters are ok, but I prefer female characters!
- Just a character is fine, but if you have an idea for an outfit/setting/etc PLEASE, include it!!
- Also, please include where the character is from
