Good news: Added the discriptions for the reward tiers and changed the existing ones to be in line with the new rewards. Added the "thank you for supporting me" message aaaaaaand that's it on the good news side.

On the bad side i spent the last 4 hours trying to get the "pay on subscription" feature set up and failed so i am now in contact with patreon support and hope we can work it out thought it has been rather sluggish and no real replies aside from the auto replies have arrived yet... so meh, i'll keep you updated !
