New cosplan: Regency gown Leafeon!

My friends and I have decided to approach the Eeveelutions with a new theme: Regency era costumes, or - RegencEevees!
We all chose new types this time. Aura is going to be Glaceon, and I am going green with Leafeon! (Not a common colour in my cosplans)
The dress above is going to be my inspo for my final design, but I will give it some more fantasy twists and, of course, work the leafy ears into a hat of sorts. This will be for Ai-Kon Winnipeg in July, but we're already gathering materials!
