Even though you're *supposed* to be dating her boss.
It's one of the alternate paths/endings the episode will have.
Scapefiend wanted to try out his hand at doing an animation for the game. Little rough around the edges but if people enjoy it we might try to do more. So far this is the only scene with animation and it took a decent chunk of time to do, so it's probably not feasible to animate ALL the scenes. But since the animation features Audrey kinda had to give away the surprise to be able to show this.
Just to give a quick status update.
The general "state of the game" sort of news update has been delayed a a bit while I sort out how the coronavirus quarantines will or won't affect our game dev plans. I spent the last week checking in with everyone and it seems the whole team is still doing well, for the most part so game dev should continue as planned, but there's still some scheduling and budgeting to work out thanks to the ongoing crisis.
I hope to have some more content to share soon, but please enjoy this animation in the meantime.
