Megumi WIP
Added 2019-10-17 18:27:07 +0000 UTCI was finally able to cut out the rest of the (outer layer) dress pieces. Frustrated by how rarely I have time to sit and work on it.

In other news, Rise's fabric will be delivered tomorrow! I was charged duties and taxes, which makes this material even more expensive. It had BETTER look good. ๐ฌ
